Here's why do I not own the commercial property that I run my business from!

We’re now seeing businesses related to the property sector pivot away from self manage super funds and residential property with the current rule changes to suggest in the commercial property is now valid option. For some the security of having and owning the property they run their business from works well but in this video I explain why I’ve never owned the property to run my business from in the last 28 years. It’s allowed me to use the Capital that would’ve gone into a property to invest into assets that can grow their revenue and profitability at a fast rate that inflation. And there’s the problem over my business career our lease leases go up with nothing more than the consumer price index inflation.
