What’s the best allocation for super based on current fund in super and age?

how we invest our money we have a massive impact on our results at retirement and how long how many will last. There are risk risks in being too conservative over the long-term just as there is risk risks of being invested into the worlds share markets on a short-term basis. I love the quote from our asset allocator which says take on as much growth as you can handle psychologically. Which means we need to understand how to behave when markets are expensive or when markets correct and crash and become cheap. Investing is more of an emotional and psychological game rather than knowing the numbers the Bella sheet the profitability and so on.
