Description

If you have a property portfolio, are you constantly watching the RBA announcements?
If every rate decision feels stressful, it may be a sign that your debt level is starting to affect more than just your finances, it may be affecting your peace of mind too.
Sometimes the solution isn’t to keep watching every rate move.
It may be to review your portfolio, look at your debt position, and consider whether de-leveraging could give you more breathing room.
That might mean paying down debt, restructuring, or even selling an asset if it helps reduce financial pressure.
Because if a 0.25% rate increase is enough to completely max out your cash flow, it’s worth asking whether the portfolio still supports the life you actually want.
Finance is important, but so is your wellbeing.
