The biggest motivator to pay down debt #debt #motivation
Description
One of the biggest mindset shifts with money
is understanding opportunity cost.
For me, it’s not just about paying down debt.
It’s about what that money could be doing instead.
If I’m putting extra towards a non-deductible mortgage,
that’s money that could potentially be invested.
And the thing that always brings it into perspective…
is running the numbers.
Even something as small as $50 a fortnight,
invested consistently,
can grow into something significant over time.
That’s the power of compounding.
It’s not about huge amounts.
It’s about consistency and time.
Sometimes seeing that future number
is all the motivation you need to start.
