For me, the biggest motivator when paying down a home loan is honestly two things.
One, being debt-free.
But two, and probably the bigger one… is the cash flow.
It’s knowing that I don’t have to send money every week, every month, every fortnight to a loan anymore.
That money’s just… mine.
I can invest it.
I can use it to build wealth.
Or I can just enjoy it without that constant pressure sitting there in the background.
