Is Superannuation Still Worth It Despite Government Changes?

AGOSSI there’s definitely been an increased amount of unserved when it comes to Superannuation including comments from Anthony Albanese in recent Times. But all we can do is assess the rules as they currently stand and not fight shadows about rules. We have no idea it may look like in the future. Right now the benefits and encouragement from our government to put money into Superannuation is still the most attractive tax entity to invest into whether that’s putting money in and only paying 15% contributions tax compared to our marginal tax rate or when we get to age 60 and we’re retired we can have up to $2.1 million completely tax-free per person. These current rules are exceedingly attractive. Please remember this is general advice only and also my opinion.
