Getting into an investment can be easy. Getting your money back out can be a different story. Unlisted property trusts can restrict access to your money because the underlying properties take time to sell. Withdrawals may be limited or delayed, even when you need the funds. That doesn’t automatically make them a poor investment, but it does make understanding the withdrawal terms essential.
