Will property continue to double every 10 years?

To suggest that Australian residential property will continue to simply double every 10 years as if it is some absolute guarantee is not acknowledging what factors has pushed property prices to where they are today. And does not consider whether those same factors can be replicated in the coming decades ahead. In this video I’m gonna go through the three main factors that I believe have had a massive impact on residential property prices here in Australia that I believe cannot be replicated again. And whilst you see many people that are in the business of selling property to their clients saying that property doubles every 10 years which is true for many people in the past there is no guarantee and in fact less guarantee that this will happen in the future from these exceedingly expensive valuations.
